About the Judges

For the 2016 Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival, we are honored to welcome Michele and Paul Pearman, as our judges.

Paul Pearman, renowned mosaic artist participates in top ten juried art shows with his custom fine art buckles and jewelry which adorn a long list of celebrities.  Pearman is also known for his award winning Chandelier, “The Four Stages of Learning” a massive sculpture which is the lobby focal point at the Augusta University School of Dentistry. Originally from California Paul now resides in Augusta in a studio by the lake.

Michele Blackburn Pearman is a veteran juried art traveler and collector attending art shows throughout the nation.  Michele has a background in Graphic Arts and Environmental Consulting.

As the GIS Manager for Augusta Georgia, she is the creator of Augusta’s Public Art Tour App
