2021 ARTSCITY FESTIVAL - A Mini Arts in the Heart

September 17-19, 2021

Friday: 5PM – 9PM
Saturday: 11AM – 9PM
Sunday: 12PM – 7PM

Downtown Augusta, Georgia located on the Augusta Common and Broad St. between 7th and 10th St.

This Mini-Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival will take place on September 17, 18, 19, 2021 in the heart of downtown Augusta, Georgia. Due to a crazy pandemic, a smaller festival experience called ArtsCity Festival will be hosted to ensure public safety guidelines can be implemented.

ArtsCity Festival will still encompass the Augusta Common and the 700, 800 and 900 Blocks of Broad Street. More than 80 juried “Arts in the Heart Artists” Booths will line up the center of Broad Street on the 700, 800 and 900 Blocks.  Booths will be spaced to integrate social distancing. Two Stages of non-stop entertainment will include the Global Stage on the Augusta Common with cultural music and dance along with popular music into the evening.  A Jazz Stage will offer Jazz, Blues, and Roots performances. Ten international food booths will be available on the Augusta Common, along with take-out from Downtown restaurant partners. Plenty of outdoor tables will be provided to encourage safe dining. This smaller festival allows for a safer festival experience, helps local and regional artists, assists downtown restaurants with sales, while bringing our Community and region the diverse cultural experiences they love. On a smaller scale. We can’t wait to see you in September!

This FESTIVAL is produced each year by the Greater Augusta Arts Council.

ArtsCity Festival is a rain or shine event. Updates regarding inclement weather will be posted to our home page and social media.

**Entrance to the ArtsCity Festival grants the festival and the greater Augusta Arts council  permission to use photos and videos of
festival patrons in promotions, reproductions and presentations representing the festival.
