Kiana Williams started writing poems in middle school, where she felt that she was an outcast amongst peers. Through church, she transitioned into a speaker, where she says, “someone saw something in her that she didn’t see in herself.” She has written and performed for various churches and programs in her community.
Her vivid imagery of life experiences in her poems grasp the audience attention, leaving them touched, spiritually and emotionally. Which is how her artist name ‘Soulful Vision’ transpired.
Her passion when she speaks in front of crowds really transforms her into a different person, from introvert to extrovert. Her grandmother’s wisdom remains her biggest motivation and hopes it motivates and encourage others to progress through adversity in life. Kiana continues to express herself through many artistic forms and is currently a student at Augusta University.
