GLOBAL FOOD VILLAGE

The Global Food Village is one of the most popular areas of the festival, where attendees can eat their way around the world by shopping at 19 cultural food booths that offer fresh, authentic cuisine from around the world.

 

There really is something for every palate, with an amazing variety of great flavors.

 

Come early – the lines can be long! 

VEGETARIAN CORNER

Here is to the ever growing area of Plant Based Eating! Some of our food vendors have lots of healthy vegan and vegetarian options to cater to the TreeHugger in you! 

 

Check the Global Village food menus for  a full variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes. 2023 has more vegetarian and vegan friendly dishes than ever before!

Drink & Be Merry

In addition to great Eats, Arts in the Heart has a wonderful range of tasty beverages as well!

 

Our food vendors offer a great selection of cultural drinks like NIMBU PANI, a traditional Indian lemonade and Mango milkshakes. 

The AB Beverage Beer Garden features a variety of popular beers and unique IPAs.  

 

Durty Gurl and 2nd City will have some delicious cocktail concoctions available. 

 

And of course coke products and water are available from our Festival Partner Coca Cola.

KID FRIENDLY OPTIONS

The Arts in the Heart Hotdog Stand is a popular eating spot for kids of all ages.

 

Vincenzo’s Italian Ice returns to help cool things off and feed the sweet tooth. There are also lots of kid-friendly options in the Global Food Village including:

  • Vietnam – Grilled Chicken Skewers
  • China – SnoCones
  • France – French Fries
  • India – Nimbu Pani (indian Lemonade)
  • Italy – Italian Ice
  • Laos – Iced butterfly pea flower limeade
  • Latin America – Corn-stick
  • Lebanon – Hummus Dip with Pita Bread
  • Philippines – Halo-Halo Shaved Ice
  • Trinidad – Cassava Pone (pudding cake)
  • Germany – Bratwurst & Fries

No meal is complete without a scrumptious dessert and Arts in the Heart has lots of sweet goodness to choose from.

 

It might be the baklava ice cream from Greece that melts your heart, ice cream cannoli from Italy, or a taste for Karanji, a pastry filled with shredded coconut, nuts and raisins – which can be found in the Indian booth.  Or you might want to cool off with Halo-halo, a Filipino shaved ice dessert.

 

We promise, no matter what your sweet tooth is begging for, you’ll find something to delight it! A few of our featured desserts include:
