Big Bailey aka Tamell Bailey of SMS Entertainment is a spoken word poet and hip-hop artist. He is a multi-talented entertainer who also is capable of audio engineering, audio production, graphic designs, video editing and artist development as the President of SMS Entertainment He was born in Queens, New York and raised in Langley, South Carolina while currently calling Aiken, South Carolina his home. He delivers a blend of poetry with rap that he likes to call spoken rap. He has been known to emphasize social consciousness and positivity through his writing and performances. He has performed at various events and venues throughout the CSRA.

Big Bailey has placed as runner-up in a Mahogany Lounge competition and also has performed at Arts in the Heart of Augusta. He was also nominated as best spoken word artist in the CSRA Hip-Hop Awards. His poetry has also been featured on “The Digital Poet” website and the Aiken Poets’ Rhyme Time Anthology. He has been interviewed on Ge Holla Radio and Inf Media’s Heat in the Streetz.

Big Bailey is currently promoting his first song released on all major digital platforms titled “No Neutral” featuring Lolita Pierre & Sa Jules. No Neutral is a positive, uplifting song aimed at delivering encouragement and empowerment. No Neutral will be featured on his sophomore album titled “Never Quit on Your Dreams” which is set for release in 2020. He also has released a hip hop and spoken word album titled “Hey Fat Man”.
